FAIRFAX CITY, VA, NOV. 12, 2024 – In a strategic move that underscores Fairfax City’s position as a prime destination for business, Fairfax City Economic Development (FCED) announced today it has successfully worked with Zeta Associates, Inc., the city’s largest private employer and office space user, to maintain its 225,000 square feet of office space that serves hundreds of high-skilled jobs in the city.

Fairfax City Economic Development Authority is working with Zeta Associates to facilitate building renovations and upgrades. This strengthens Zeta’s commitment to Fairfax City for the next decade and fosters a robust future for the company and the community while furthering the City’s economic development objectives.

“Zeta has been a valued member of our business community since 1999, and their decision to remain in Fairfax City as they continue to grow their business is a testament to their belief in our commitment to support them. We are situated in the very center of a vibrant region that gives their employees options in housing and transit, and the small size of our city means we can be responsive in ways that larger jurisdictions may not be.”
